I am Sergey Mihailovitch Brin! I was born on 21 August 1973 in Moscow. But i live in USA since i was little.

On 1979 , when i was 5 years old , my family immigrated to USA , California. My father , Michael Brin got a job as a teacher

on mathematics in Maryland University , where he works now. My mother , Eugenia Brin , started a job as a NASA Employee.

In the beginning it was hard to get used to my new school and my new home . My granny had to become a driver to take me to school ,

with the car. I remember that on my 9th birthday i got my first computer "Commodore 64".Later i graduated with honors in the

University of Maryland in Mathematics and IT.And i received the prestigious scholarship ?National Science Foundation Graduate Fellowship?.

The main field of my science research was the technologies used to collect data from unsystematic sources as well as

voluminous texts and science data.I took part in various national and international, business and technological forums .

I was the author of dozens of articles in leading American academic magazines.

The greatest event in my life happened when in 1998 i was preparing for the defense of my Doctor's degree in the Stanford University.

There the fate made me meet Larry Page - a young computer genius. Larry belonged to the science intellectual society.

I and Larry quickly became friends when we where working together.We were searching day and night on the Internet. We where founding alot

of information but with the feeling we still couldn?t find enough of what we were looking for. Naturaly the idea for A search engine that

would allow a specific information to be found in the endless pool of data was born like it came to us.It wasn't in our plans but we

gave up the education at the University. You know the next part , maybe - we managed to turn an ordinary garage in Meplo Park, California,

the USA into our first office , in which Google was born .With exciment we typed the name of the thing which we created with love on September

14th 1998 - www.Google.com. Now , after all those years we bought this garage . As a symbol it will always remind us that everything is possible and it

may seem funny but the greatest things appear from nothing and as if they wait for their day.At first, there were 10000 inquiries in the search engine,

that started as www.Google.com , without even announcing it anywhere.The news for something, so needed and fully free was spreading quickly from man to man ,

and until today , when we have 1 billion entries a day for the different services of www.Google.com
